Festival opens: 2 PM
Parade starts: 3pm
A benefit to celebrate and promote the citizens, businesses and community organizations in Kemp.
Enjoy a parade, and a big time with local business and community vendors!
Admission to festival and parade route is free.
Parade floats/vehicle entry is free. KBCA encourages donations of canned and paper goods to help support local food banks.
10 x 10 Festival booths spaces are available for just $10.00.
